Newport Residences - A New Mixed-Use Development

 Located at 80 Anson Road, newport residences is a mixed-use development. The project will feature 256 residential units, 25% serviced apartments and 40% commercial space. It is set to be completed by 2023.


Newport Residences will be a 45-storey building, developed by City Developments Ltd (CDL). The tower will be comprised of residential, office and retail components.


The property is located on the former Fuji Xerox tower site and it is surrounded by several shopping centers and restaurants. It is also near the Tanjong Pagar MRT station and Keppel Road.


Aside from being in the midst of numerous shopping and entertainment centers, the area also houses a number of schools for both young adults and children. Additionally, the property is close to various transport links, including the Marina Coastal Expressway and Anson Road.


Residents will enjoy the perks of living in a luxury condominium, such as swimming pools and gyms. These facilities will help residents relax and unwind after a long day.
